Keeping the length in consideration while writing my thesis

It is very clear that while writing a Thesis, a typical structure that we need to follow are:
A title page,
An abstract,
A table of contents,
A body, comprising the various chapters (introduction, literature review, findings, etc.),
A bibliography or a references section.

Students who are engaged in thesis writing assignments should be aware of the standard thesis length and word count. This is because, it is important that the thesis is neither too lengthy nor too short. Very lengthy or too short thesis might pull down your grades. The exact thesis length depends on the level of study for which a student is writing.

When writing for under graduate program the thesis length should vary between 7,000 to 10,000 word count. When working on graduate level, the word count should lie between 17,000 to 20,000.

Keep in mind that end notes are also counted in the length of your thesis but not the references and citation.
